These larger diameter [38+mm] are great for some of the special sausages like black pudding , white sausage , liver sausage or if you prefer your sausages just that bit bigger these are the casings to use.
This is for 90 metres approx of natural hog casings salted which will last for a year or more in the fridge.
80 metres will make approx 55/60kg of sausages.

Suitable for all sausage making machines.
