Includes Black Pudding Mix ,Natural Hog Casings and recipe!

The mix ingredients include Rusk[contains wheat cereal] Pork Blood Powder, Wheat Flour, Dehydrated Vegetables, Salt,Spices,Mustard Flour,Potato Starch.

You receive 500grms of mix, 5 metres of casings and a recipe sheet.

All you need to add is pork fat, barley, and water. This will make approx. 2-2.5 kgs of lovely Black Pudding ,approx. 7 of puddings shown in photo.
