The pack contains enough mix for 4kg of meat plus full instructions on how to make this wonderful sausage.

A mixture of beef and Pork is generally the meat used!

These sausages need to be smoked and cooked.

You will need 22mm/25mm casing for these sausages. These can be either sheep casings or collagen casings which can be found by clicking here

1. We do not offer rural delivery for chilled and meat products.
