The pack contains enough mix 4kg of meat plus full instructions on how to make this wonderful salami.

A mixture of beef and Pork is generally the meat used.

These sausages need to be smoked and cooked. Ready to eat within 24 hrs and will keep in fridge for 2-3 weeks or even longer if vacuum packed.
