Contains all the spices and cure, for approx 5kg of meat.

Makes a great salami from beef, pork, venison, wild pork , a combination is good.

It is not difficult to make and is enjoyable watching it cure. Can be smoked or cooked in oven ,full details & recipe with mix. 

Needs to cure for 4 to 8 weeks if you can wait that long :)
