Product Description

These larger diameter [38+mm] are great for some of the special sausages like black pudding , white sausage , liver sausage or if you prefer your sausages just that bit bigger these are the casings to use.
This auction is for 1/2 hank approx. 40m of natural hog casings salted which will last for a year or more in the fridge. 
1/2 hank will make approx. 25kg of sausages.

Will keep in fridge for 1year or more.
