These larger diameter [38+mm] are great for some of the special sausages like black pudding , white sausage , liver sausage or if you prefer your sausages just that bit bigger these are the casings to use.
This auction is for 10m approx. 10m of natural hog casings salted which will last for a year or more in the fridge. 
10m will make approx. 6-7kg of sausages.

Will keep in fridge for 1year or more.
