This pack of mix will make up 5 litres of brine all you have to add is the 5 litres of water and the meat.
Full instructions supplied with pack!

Being a brine it can be used a few times so you should be able to corn 6/10 kg of meat over a period of time. Store in a cool place like bottom of fridge in a food grade plastic container.
