Kit contains all the spices, cure,4 casings enough for approx 3kg of meat [which is all you need to supply] beef,pork,venison,wild pork,a combination is good .
It is not difficult to make and is enjoyable watching it cure. Can be smoked or cooked in oven ,full details & recipe with kit.
Needs to cure for 4 to 8 weeks if you can wait that long.

I bought this as a present for my son for Christmas and was a little disappointed in the presentation as I thought a kit would have been packaged in some sort of nice box with the recipe included not just rubber band together and you have to print your own recipe.
