You will receive enough Spice mix and casings to make 2.5kg meat into Polonies or Saveloys.
Saveloys need to be lightly smoked that is the only difference, both need to be cooked The casings I supply will not be coloured as in the shops but will taste better when you make then yourself All you will need is the meat ,a mix of pork and beef is good and the equipment to make sausages
