Product Description

You will receive enough Spice mix and casings to make 2.5kg meat into Polonies or Saveloys,and full instructions.
Saveloys need to be lighty smoked that is the only difference, both need to be cooked.
The casings I supply will not be coloured as in the shops. All you will need is the meat ,a mix of pork and beef is good and the equipment to make sausages :)

Additional notes:
1. We do not offer rural delivery for chilled and meat products.
2. All sausages will be shipped frozen.

 

All other products:

Auckland delivery $5 plus $5 for rural delivery

North Island $6 plus $5 for rural delivery

South Island $6 plus $5 for rural delivery
