The recommended rate is 5grams per 2.5kg of meat [1 level teaspoon] DON'T! exceed recommended amounts.

Happy with the product, the order process, packaging, and timely dispatch. Was a bit disappointed that it took until Thursday afternoon for the parcel to arrive - I noted that it went from Silverdale to Wiri for processing. My recall might be out of date, but I thought there was a mail processing centre on the North Shore, and that could be more efficient for your northbound parcels? In saying that we will be happy to order from you again. Thanks.
